CREATING A PARCEL: tick any tracker samples physically inside the parcel, then choose Create Parcel. In the form, add tracking plus any references, promos or products that do not exist in the tracker. A parcel does not need to contain a tracker sample. Dispatched or completed samples cannot be packed twice.
